Artevelde University College International Week Off to a Flying Start

From 15 to 18 May, our university college organises a second International Week. Together with higher education institutions from all over the world, we will focus on the education of the future: how can central services play a role in this? The international experiences and various viewpoints of the attendees will undoubtedly help formulate an answer to this question.

The programme of the International Week includes numerous lectures and workshops about recent developments in HR, ICT, libraries and infrastructure in higher education. This morning, the event was kicked off by keynote speaker and researcher Jan Masschelein (KU Leuven), who invited the attendees to critically reflect on the newest trends. Of course, there was also room for networking during a pleasant welcome drink. After all, the purpose of the International Week is not only to exchange knowledge, but also to strengthen the bonds between international higher education institutions, so that in the future, we can continue to join forces to support each other in many exciting projects. To be continued!
